I am a university student who loves chocolate! Coffee is my best buddy when it comes to taking on my finals. I have a tendency to want to try and do so many different things at once and as a result, I've found my hobbies to be as such!
Nerfing is one of them, but aside from that, I also love arts and craft. I have my own startup, Thumbforlego at: where I sell my works!
I love to do all sorts of crafting, so you will see me uploading posts of my leathercrafts, thumbdrives, replica guns, nerf gun modifications and gundam models! I'm fortunate enough to be blessed by really supportive parents and given the chance to explore many, many parts of the world and try out a plethora of activities. This is also how I discovered my love for film photography, videography and piano.
The film photo above is unedited! My family loves cold countries xD. We managed to catch the northern lights twice!
I've also gotten the chance to experience many of nature's wonders
And my most freezing experience to date: riding a husky ski sled into the sunset (It was -38 to -40 degrees celsius and the huskies were pretty fast.)

Why 36000feetabove? This is the altitude that commercial planes cruise at and I have always loved the view up in the sky, being amongst the sea of clouds. :) Personally, my favourite favourite food has got to be airplane buns! Does anyone else feel the same way?! With a slice of butter and looking out of the window, I have yet to find an experience that can beat that.
After tomorrow, before today

Once again, it's been a crazy weekend! Being packed to the max as always, i am finding this schedule of mine so hard to keep up, but whatever! i still do believe that i can cope and wouldnt burn out....i think! Everyone needs their time of rest once in a while and i haven't had mine for some time already. (a few months) life has been hectic and it always is! well at least next week is national day weekend and i am hoping to catch up finally on some beauty sleep~ hope that happens! Oh speaking of national day, my family is lucky enough to have gotten tickets to celebrate the nation's jubilee year at the floating platform, where all the fireworks will be happening! and and and i caught a glimpse of the airshow and ITS SO GOOD :D I just cant wait when Singapore Airlines flies their A380 overhead!!!!! haha i just super super duper love planes :P i wish i can fly an airplane!! i dont think i will enjoy the feeling of flying, but i enjoy the feeling of flying in an airplane. flying as in hypothetically if i can fly like flap my flabby arms and fly.Recently, I just went for the Planetshakers concert! It is a Christian band from Australia and our church sings quite a lot of their songs. It was a really awesome time spent with my cell group, we finally went for a Christian band concert together :) it was a great time of praise and worship at Star Vista, but tickets came at a pretty hefty price of $98.80 for Cat 1 tickets, after a 30% discount. So that is like $120 per ticket? Planetshakers concert was really entertaining and fun, but the presence of God i felt wasn't as thick as in church, except for some portions! Frankly speaking, if i compare it to the LKY musical which is SO DARN AWESOME, the ticket prices are just about the same? So if you ask me if you have $120 to spare for a performance, hands down, go for the musical. Anyway, the Planetshakers should have already moved on to their next stop for their world tour? or is it asia tour... i think asia. But anyway, the LKY musical is a total must watch, it is really really good i feel :) Recently, i have also finished with the paintjob of the nerf thunderbow paintjob and only managed to take brief photos due to a really rushed schedule of mine :/ wished i took more photos though! but i am glad that the person liked the work!! :) so here are the little photos that i have You can see a tinch of red there as i kept the internals original to keep the priming or the operation of the blaster as smooth as possible! And by the right side of the photo, you see a satisfied customet's right foot. Moreover, i am spending quite a fair bit of time preparing for our SG50 Human Dominoes event! It's going to be held at scape on 7 August and it is going to be a fun time of flash mobbing down orchard road :D I've been going to schools and trying to garner support from the public HAHA seriously for me, it feels really weird because i am not used to doing such things in the first place. In fact, i am really so not 'good' at inviting people or asking people to come for the event. just bad at all of these asking things when it comes to asking the public. whereas asking friends to come along i felt was so much easier! I dont know what's with me and blur photos nowadays, lmao i keep snapping blur photos?! ehhh really bad photography from me lolol but anyway, we have been testing out the event, falling on each other to ensure that it does hurt. Afterall, its a human domino so safety might be a bit of an issue! But really, i hope that after all the hard work that we have put in and all the mustering of courage to approach the public, i hope that the people coming will enjoy our event! It's seriously tiring when you actively reach out to people and invite them for the event so that we can make it a really big one! The first few times and the first 10-20mins of asking around the public, it seems pretty easy, but as time goes by, then you find it really draining and then it gets draggy and you're like "okay maybe i should retire for today". That's all for this post!! Have a great week ahead guys! :) maaaan i'm falling sick. |
