sheeesh tonight is already friday night?? that's wayyy too soon man :( and my fall schedule is already out for the coming week! i dont wanna go to schoooool D: noooooo!! Even though it's been a really short break, and it's coming to a close, it's been a nice rest time for me, to do my hobbies and all :) whether is it piano or nerf or going out with friends, it's been a fun time!

I managed to do this in one day, like i mentioned in the previous post!


I've also managed to....repair my nerf rapidstrike, letting it vomit massive amounts of nerf darts! well luckily it's Aiks who helped me to refill the magazines with rounds :P i've been dying to find time to repair this beast and give it an upgrade for the dart pusher motor and mag release lever and finally it's all good to go! it feels really awesome when lets say you've modified something long ago, been working fine and then suddenly it doesnt and you'll be like whyyyy :(( afterall because you modified it, all the more it is precious to you and i finally found the time to painstakingly open up everything and fix em up with my soldering iron! which caught fire LOL. i finally managed to swap out the motors, something went wrong somewhere... o.o


TADAAAA~ all put together and workin great! other than the hardened clay at the sides which have begun to drop off and all... tsk,. but here's the finished product thus far! :D still lookin' great! i might give the sides a touchup to make it look smoother...i dont know :P the blaster is extremely heavy in my opinion, put the weights behind to actually balance out the weight, so that the center of gravity is just about the end of the carrying handle space! this makes it wayyyy easier to carry. hah physics.


ah aik aik, he came over to my place too on one of the days to have some shooting fun! We had lotsa fun with the Zing bow, which was just insanely fun to play with! which enticed him to order a crossbow lolol. heheh although we didnt really spam darts around the house this time! wonder what happens if you have a staircase full of darts.... hmmm... potential hazard...wow that sure was random!


The one on top belongs to Aiks, and was painted by me! the one below is mine hehe oh these big guns look so cool when they're together! i think this blog post has like more photos than sentences man.... O.o sorry for all the non nerf fans out there :P hehe once you get your hands on a nerf blaster and start running around shooting your friends in a game, you'll come to love it! that's why i am actually seriously considering starting a CCA for nerfing in my school! though my commitments are heavy now so.... it'll have to be on hold :/ very very VERY keen though. like if i have infinite time, i would! but i dont. Hah below is just some darts that i have been making over the holidays! so far..... i've made 300 of these! :P plus some extras because my nerf blaster bursts these darts...easily. :( about 1 in 3. which is painfully annoying xD cant wait for the upcoming xplorer war in 2 days' time!! should be loads of fun hehe before i actually go back to school the following day..so if i actually do not have a blog post up by sunday night, it just means that i've been busy hehe preparing for school :P my table is still as messy as after school ended....probably messier thanks to my modifications, as you can see in the photo below!


Other than being involved with nerf stuffs, i've also made some not-so-rainbow looms!! first time making these, and they are mini rubberbands? haha actually, i still do wear those wristbands of the past, like those livestrong ones, just random armbands! those armbands are so cool....wonder why no one wears em! while on the YOUNGER side, these rainbow looms seem to be catching the secondary school kids by storm! it's pretty cool i must say! and when blue line was shone in church, my looms band on the left glowed up like SO COOOOOOL. :P


The holidays are really short....in fact it is just a break! i found myself really packed with activities and all to clear up this break and it was good :) being able to also meet up with my friends, bev, xuan, jael, aiks, it was all so fun being able to socialise here and there and not just be restricted to school! well for the next sem until December strikes, i'm gonna be in school at least from 12-5 everyday! except fri. ooooo FRIDAY, that's an important day in every uni student's schedule alright! :P trying to keep it as free as possible actually~! It was a really fun time being able to sit down and chit chat with friends, talk about stupid stuffs, trash talking, etc etc xD talking about all the stupid measures that we do just after watching a horror movie and being all freaked out HAHAHAH

sigh how i wish i had more of such time to catch up with friends and all! :) i've also spent a lot of my break serving God, and it's been a really awesome time being able to serving others! Although i still wish that this knee of mine can be healed so that i can go back to my running and being able to run around more places at once! :D once my knee starts hurting, it kinda sucks. :/ but still absolutely thankful that this is a break well spent, and that hopefully i can get better grades for the upcoming sem!! checked my results and i did decently good, pleased with my summer sem results but i still got to work harder! hopefully next semester will be an equally just as fun as the previous one, or even better! :) hah at least i have awesome friends who stand by me in school, making it an all less boring place to be in! hehe on the brighter side, there's nothing much to do for the first week of school hehhee so maybe i still can squeeze in some time of enjoyment and slothing around :P Also, my body clock's been pretty harsh on me! being used to the grossly little amount of sleep for the past weeks, i cant find myself napping in the afternoon or sleeping early, or waking up late! it's always about sleeping late and waking up early! x.x that's quite a killer, plus all my tiring activities through the day doesnt really help me much in recuuperating huh! well thank God that i'm falling sick only now and not during my finals and all, being able to pull through the whole rigorous combo weeks of project deadlines and finals, praise the Lord!! :D

hahahahh ahhhh like finally school is over!!! but this joy is gonna last for just a week only. and i now have slightly less than a week, but this timely rest sure is much needed for me i feel :) the past few weeks been ver VERY tiring, and i haven't been posting much on my blog either! reason being i am just too worn out. church activities are back up, and i just went for a prayer meeting last night! i am glad that finally i can get some quality rest, and by that i mean staying at home and just lazing, doing nothing. Not gonna be going overseas or what during this sem break, but life is still just as awesome!

Recently, i've just went through down period, but now i'm doing well i would say! thanks to the wonderous, ever so supportive friends that i made in school, a bug thank you to every single one of you guys for always checking on me and ensuring that i am doing fine! really really blessed for having awesome church friends and friends from school who are there to help me! :) Gahhhh finally being able to wake up late, although still not THAT late..(8am) because of my body clock, but next sem onwards, i would find myself being able to wake up even later since everyday class starts at 12pm! dont know if it is a good or bad thing...as it simply means i have less time to study in the evening that it is. I can FINALLY say hi to my nerf hobby also! i've always wanted to mod new blasters and all, but have never gotten the chance to! and yesterday, i spent half the day modifying one, the nerf rebelle messenger.

and modified it to shoot super super hard xD ahhhh such fun. into this!


hehe nwo tell me this looks badass enough! :P :P i went shooting around with it at home which explains the tinch of pink you see on the trigger. ahhhh now this shoots so so SO much better than the original! gosh this definitely gotta be my favourite pistol from nerf! overtaking the strongarm :P

gosh its raining again?? for the second time for today O.o and my oh my i so love waking up to a rainy weather!! having the air con on, cuddling under that warm blanket and lying on that tad-too-small bed of mine mmmmffff i just so love this sorta mornings :P and i can totally imagine myself 1-2 weeks ago, being all drowsy and zombified, taking the bus as though it's just clockwork, that i totally do not feel any emotions. At times i didnt even know what i was doing, like it became sort of second nature? that everything became so automated. on days that i didnt have to go to school, i would still do so because i would study instead. usual stuffs, leaving the school past ten in the night.

I am absolutely loving this break!! i know there are workaholics out there, but i think i am a total SLOTH. like just someone who simply lazes around. Quite sure i am one of the lazier people around xD just simply slacking and slacking. Of course being relaxed is good, but being overly relaxed....not.


I went out on sunday! i mean like finally having a great time out with friends and all, with Aik Sheng to toysrus (I can spend a REALLY long time there) clearly i have yet to grow up. Hehe and then with beverly, llao llao aka overly sweet, in a delicious manner yogurt and staring at books. i haven't been reading much!! Frankly because of lack of time, and other "more important" hobbies like nerf and piano :) hehe you can see in the pic above, that's what i did at kinokuniya xD hehehehehe of course i did turn the books back eventually :P i ran out of glue today for my nerf stuffs. and as i stepped outside my house and experienced the glaring sunlight, that is when i realised how awesome it is to be FREE. I mean i'm expensive but yeahhhh lame jokes aside, i just wished we too had summer break, yknow that 9999months long hols that university students have...My school doesnt since it's a trimester. but i guess having a week plus of break in between sems are really rewarding! plus school isn't a drag, although finals are but other than those project rushing stuffs and finals, uni is really really fun!! i'm really enjoying myself because of nice company like cheryl, rachel, bev, xuan. :) lessons aren't that boring, if they do become boring, online shopping on our lappy makes them LESS boring and really being able to catch up with much needed sleep is so so important! i've begun to fall sick because i've been over exerting, but thank God that i am falling sick only now and not during finals man :) i really didnt expect myself to last for so long? but i am glad that i did! for my hardwork has paid off with a nice A- for my major! hehe even though it's not an A, but i am really really satisfied with my results i must say.

i can't wait for the upcoming days of slacking and slothing around for this week! and most importantly, during the weekends, it's time to go do some shooting yeeeearrgghhhhh! hehe and i might get a change in blogskin :P oh and tomorrow yesssss tomorrow shall be good!

finally FINALLY i get to reach a nice break point! :D :D :D i am just 5 days away from my finals but wohoo! finally our schedule is cutting a lot of slack, as my projects one by one come to a close and finally i can say that all projects are DONE. today 11.59pm is the final submission for my psychology report and i am glad that it's finally over! especially for communications which is my major, i got really really stressed up. Moreover i became really sick for the past week! with one day having to just retire at home and sleep at 9am?? haha eye socket began to hurt, etc etc. It got pretty bad, but thank God for allowing me to sit through the test with great clarity in my mind and feeling confident! that even though i only studied for barely 2 days after school, while rushing out my sociology peer presentation! communications peer presentation was pretty funny xD i saw the slides only on the morning itself, and it was a 8.30am lesson xD read the slides in class and was prepped to present! :P

i just cant can't wait for the break to come, even if its one week, its goooood. its terrible how during summer sem, everything is so cramped together and i felt really squeezed dry man. its like you chiong all the way, thinking that it's the last burst, that you will finally be done but more projects emerge and you're like oh shitttt. actually they've been there all the while, just that you have other deadlines to worry so yaknow, you kinda overlook em. lately, i've been wanting to modify more nerf blasters, though i did one for a birthday girl! (but ended up it was too hard to use) but anywayyyyy i still have finals...until that faithful 13th august so until then, everythiing else has to be put on hold! i'm really amazed by how so far these weeks, i have been "last burst"ing and so far i'm still doing good! usually after once, i will fall really sick, but praise God! that i am still able to stay healthy, although dead like a fish floppin around school :P i think i did mention that some days, i get about 2 hours of sleep, some days none. so it can easily be a 2 days sleep 2 hours kinda thing. which is extremely bad for my body! hence i should be recuperating over the weekends :)

bleah okay i'm really tired. off to bed i guess! so so need sleep, but i gotta study... >.<

School has been taking up so so much of my time!! sometimes i so wish that we could have a break! x.x what happens is that every time it comes to the weekends, i will think that it will be a great time for me to rest, to get some much needed rest but yet i found myself always desperately trying to rush project works or tests, never really having much time to rest. In fact, i keep dozing off in the bus trips SO BADLY. it becomes this uncontrollable dozing off thing, where i find myself just totally unable to keep awake at all o.o im supposed to be rushing out my ESL essay now but NOPE. i'm just too tired out i guess. being burnt out and all, i need some time to come back to God i guess xD as well as recharging my energy and all! wel thank God i dont have school tomorrow :P LOLOL hopefully this blog post doesnt become one too emo! hehe okay i shall try to keep it as light hearted as possible!

Now, im simply seating comfortable on mah starbucks chair, sipping my starbucks signature hot chocolate in my starbucks tumbler. HAHA i guess life is just WAYYYY too busy for me! looking back at this week's schedule, its been a crazy but fulfilling (better be) one. i found myself rushing out communications report, busy cutting videos, meeting up for those project work group meetings, trying to balance everything, but i am glad that despite my heavy church commitments over the weekends, God has really granted me such awesome strength to survive through this week and the previous! with monday as a much needed rest day, i'll definitely be catching up a lot on sleep! leaving school past 10.30pm, having dinner at 3am, sleeping at 4am to not sleeping at all, thats how my schedule's been like and it's crazy. But i guess thats partly also because summer is really short, so we dont really have much time to rest, with deadlines all over the place, it's like one after the other, with project work deadlines and ESL (english second language) essays lining up on a daily basis to be handed in, hence everything is very rushed, its always a JUST RIGHT affair for this week! but i am glad that i've managed to "chiong" this entire week since a week ago, hence this marks 2 full weeks of chionging without much rest! which... is a personal record for me xD although it is unhealthy and my appetite has suffered tremendously, i am still glad that i've been blessed with so much energy, being able to survive so long, always concentrating and giving my best for my work so far! i've gotten back two of my essays that were done during this period and i've gotten A for both!! PTL!!

recently, since i've finished watching last exile: fam the silver wing anime, i've gone on to start on another! haha i watch animes periodically to lessen the stress on myself before getting back to work again :P
