OKAY i dont have much photos, since mum was the one snapping all the shots while i just scooted off to play HEHEHE. i mean seriously a break like this, im not gonna spend it by spamming photos man, im just gonna have fun! no wonder people want personal photographers.... anyway, lets see if i can get the photos from my mum later while i continue blogging and posting photos from my camera.

so so so on vesak day, my maternal extended family decided to go on an 'excursion'! its funny how im the oldest for my maternal side, but one of the youngest in my paternal side. anyhoo, getting back on topic, the excursion was yachting! it was my first time going yachting in singapore! wow i tell ya, sentosa cove is a really nice place man.... i really have no idea how people afford a unit here.

i have always wanted to try yachting, few of my friends have done it before and the so far, its only gotten positive remarks! so yeap, why not try it out. afterall, IM NOT THE ONE FOOTING THE BILL. TRALALALA okay thats kinda evil. dad, as usual, being his skeptical self claimed that it was a waste of money taking such a boat, when you could have rented a whats that thing called. bumboat over to Lazarus island. zzzzz but anyway, its a really fun trip! definitely something that i dont mind doing again. hahaha anyway, my 21st is coming up! but nahhh too rushed. whats the point if its so rush man -.- sadly, it begun to rain when we were leaving for the island. the boat that we rented was a pretty ordinary sized one, not the big ones. the bigger ones need like 10k. bloody hell i dont print money man. oops neither do my parents, though i wish they did!


ah there you go, there you go, just look at how dark the clouds got! oh oh when we went out to sea, the waters got pretty choppy later on as we entered the busy strait. fun part was that i was being thrown up and down! yeah i wasnt sitting down, and thats the fun part. you literally get thrown up and down man. speaking of which, now i fully understand how people get thrown overboard during a storm.

uhhh you see before this photo, we were already playing cards. however, we played the cards on the wet surface. dai dee on a wet surface. yeah call us smart please. so we ended up having really wet cards! some were really wet, so.... we swopped out with another deck and placed a towel for the cards to dry while we played on the towel. really, why didnt we think of that any sooner?! okay lesson learnt, use a towel. *magical tool* (insert holy music here)


LOL guess what, it was my first time being on the first floor inside the cabin, after the yacht docked at lazarus island. retarded much. went in there for food! so bro and i technically spent the whole time on the upper deck. wanted to say braving the winds but nevermind it was just my imagination =.= oh i said it anyway! why am i so lame.

OH and my awesome cell group did this AWESOMEEEE birthday card for meeee! hahaha coincidentally, the size is just like a record. you know the good old 90s 80s records? WHOOOOOO i am totally in love with the birthday card man. im telling ya, i have never once been so in love with the birthday card :D sadly i think my expressions dont quite equate to how im feeling. (since i suck at showing emotions to a certain extent) hehe and now, i have a new book to read! :D thank you guys for all those heartfelt messages that you wrote to me in the card, really means a lot to me!! :) i was smiling to myself as i read my birthday card in public, hope no one thinks im insane alright. i actually thought that my birthday celebration was going to be done next week, so i was totally unprepared for anything man~! plus i was like in a daze :S hehe thank you thank you guys for the awesome birthday celebration! also for the birthday song after camp YOLO prayer meeting! :D you guys shout like mad mannnnnn so awesome!!! and the fresh word given by vivian, its actually the leaders meeting message! so awesomeeee because such meetings are not taped! thank you e488 for always being there whenever i need you guys man, its been a really awesome journey so far, ever since i was the first members in the cell group when it first started off! over time, people have come and gone, lots of changes have been made, but you guys are still constantly so awesome after all these years man. Oh God, i really did think that this weekend would be one whereby i would be able to slack off! i really really need to have some time to slack, all these army stuffs are really piling up. All the daily work that i have to do, the whatever courses or trainings that i have to go for, my schedule is really packed to the max! not to mention, tomorrow im going to be down for ATP. frankly speaking i have no idea what it stands for. simply put, its shooting range. with a bloody m16. if its SAR21, i feel so much safer knowing that marksman is well within reach. its like nerly impossible for you to not get marksman with a SAR21, especially during night shoot. but with a m16, you cant see anything! the iron sights pretty much covers  up your target :/ like shoot where?! well i went for IMT on friday, which is the simulated range thing. didnt get marksman though i did pass. :( hahahha most of the time, what i do is that i will just let the iron sight drift into the target and fire off :P its kinda troublesome having to realign after every shot though i feel its better! :)

okok so for saturday morning, the air con men came really early to change the air con! apparently dinosaur air con has finally fossilized, refusing to produce cold air for us. so, mum had it changed! now the new air con is so awesomeeeee. although i havent quite gotten used to it, since it looks really different from my old one. the photo below is the old air con!

my oh my, that is sure one massive jam outside my house can! even neighbour had contractors coming over to their house i too had problem trying to get my car out of that mess. well why do i need to move my car out? because my speakers went bust. so gotta get new ones!

and then i drove it out to the repair shop! woot its like i can even walk over to the repair shop, which made the collection of car a whole lot easier! you know, now that i have a car, there's quite a lot of things to do! ensuring there is sufficient petrol, cash card has $$, wash the car.... more work definitely! but its good to get used to the motion i guess~


thats the insides! somehow, i take lots of photos of the 'insides' of such stuffs. woah but the sight of the insides of a human is just grosssssss. i never like the idea of cutting someone up man. never.


look at the big mess of wires hanging around! kinda troublesome when you install such stuffs into the car. Fitted it with a DVR recorder, like all those taxi drivers, along with a GPS inside. of which i have no idea how to use and still place higher trust in my xperia GPS. hahaha whoops forgot to turn the steering wheel back into place! :P

 now everything is nicely concealed into the car! gee i wonder when are my parents gonna let me drive alone? sometimes when i happily zoom around the corner, mum sort of screams. my life shortens by ten years.

hmmm this week has been a really really hectic week man, i really hope this incoming week is gonna get a whole lot better :/ i feel so overworked! extremely worn out already man, i need a break!! oh and this coming saturday, im gonna go for my medical, wonder how things are gonna turn out. i really hope the doctors can find a non-intrusive way to help my knee man, better not be just plainly physiotherapy because in the past i was diligently doing it and at the end it didnt work out.

so friday, i had the chance to go to the navy open house! man it was pretty interesting, get to look see look see, wonder how is it like! uh its quite an eye opener for those who seldom see such warships eh. even though lots of walking was required, the facilities that they had there was pretty good! i mean having a massive tentage for F&B? and its air conditioned alright! Of course they had some show stuffs, oh they had duck tour too! the public sits on this amphibious vehicle and they go out to sea, waving good bye to the public as they depart on their one-way trip. jkjk! yeah lots of walking, lots of walking. but its worth it. the best part is that i got to meet up with lots of my BMT mates! i mean wow just how rare is it for me to see them!! whether is it my BMT mates from the combat engineers, medics, navy supply, signals, woah! man was i lucky to bump into them :D its always such a pleasant surprise man.

anyhoo, i went to catch The Great Gatsby with one of my friends after navy open house! the outing was random in all proprtions :P what happens when two bloody lazy people actually meet up. hahaha but im glad we did meet up! :D life gets super boring when you dont meet up with anybody man -.- somehow i find it more of a necessity to chat with people, keeps me alive. wow so much for digressing! oh i just realised my keyboard has strange alien symbols, lmao. OKAY back to the topic, gatsby. OK, The Great Gatsby isnt that great, although its kinda interesting. its a love story by the way. at one point in time, i kinda gave up thinking about the possible twists they could come up with and just watched the show. Its not too bad....probably 3 and a half stars out of 5? anyway, after the movie and after parting, i so happen to bump into this basker! man he is good! so...here is the video of him! :) im quite tempted to go back and video him once more. weird movie. i wanna watch fast and furious 6!

woah i tell you today, i had to do a sabo! (forfeit) the guys in the cell group were playing black and white. you know somehow i had the gut feeling that they were all in cahoots, so i asked them! obviously they denied and stupidly, i fell into their trap. =.= i had to 'strum' the ukelele whilst singing im yours by jason mraz, while kneeling down. worst of all, i had to actually give a flying kiss to the girl when i ended! ps it was a random girl. the flying kiss was the worst part man! and i bet that was a last minute idea from jerome -_- stupid jerome!! the cell group was like "HOOOO go ming yang!" woah thats it man, all eyes on me. so after FINALLY finish singing just the chorus, jerome said "eh give her a flying kiss leh!" WOAH T.T

hmmmm so friday was the first day i donned on the gas chamber suit thingy. frankly speaking, it felt kinda weird! okay this is how ridiculous it was. It was some fashion disaster crap alright, imagine me, wearing air force PT kit, (yes butterfly cuts cuz i love em) along with....combat boots? sounds pretty horrible right? oh wait! throw in a gas mask. voila~! awesome fashion tragedy. its quite an experience being able to wear the protective suit. :) well then again, tomorrow and tuesday will be spent for preparation for the gas chamber! seriously cant wait for the experience :D im pretty sure i tried it before when i was in secondary school though~ hmmm but other than that....last week we had outfield too! you know sometimes outfield places always have reeeeeeally really nice sunsets?? along with really awesome scenery too. uber romantic (y) too bad you spend it with guys (sigh) and you dont have a camera to snap a photo (double sigh) hmmm but this week's outfield....the sunset sucked. -__-

bleah if i can talk about the details of the outfield, then i can tell ya how interesting it was! interesting not exactly in a good way. as in good and bad, but bad kinda seems to outweigh good. lmao. but hey im not allowed to go into detail so im keeping it out! as much as i wish to share with the world my experience.

okay so how was mother's day one might ask. i konked off in the car on the way to dinner and after seating at the dinner table, the family mentioned 'mother's day' and i went "oh yeah!" of cuz i didnt say that out loud, if not i would have a fork stuck somewhere around my back. i remembered it in the morning, but it kinda faded away after leaving church :P hey the family already celebrated mother's day yesterday over lunch. did  i say that the dinner wasn't a mother's day dinner? okay this meal stuffs is starting to get a tad confusing -.- oh right lunch was for paternal side. well for maternal side....we are gonna celebrate it 2 weeks down the road!! :D that would be quite an experience. of course i know what's coming up, but i shall keep it as a secret till the event has passed. or you can hope that it accidentally slips out from my mouth! (i think it did this morning)

frankly speaking, i dont buy mother's day presents. i make them. and this time round, it came kinda easy! actually come to think of it, i really prefer making presents rather than buying them. or at least, personalise it. :)

wohoo! sorry guys for the late post!! :P well i have my reason for it alright... well its because im lazy.

ANYWAYYYY im glad i finally passed my driving test!! yesssss now i can officially drive MY CAR. yup you heard it right alright! MY car! apparently i have yet to snap any photos of it, but hey at least i have a photo of myself driving in mum's car! :) ugh maybe later in the evening then im gonna take my car out for a drive? :) yeah PTL i wasnt realyl so nervous :P woah there was this turn i made in the circuit that really chalked up lotsa points mannn. you see i was coming out from the bend course and the only way to go was left. then the examiner told me to keep right and head for the slope. its quite a short distance to do all at one go, since you have to
1. inch out and turn left to avoid hitting the bend curb,
2. keep left as always,
3. change lanes to the right,
4. make a right unto the slope
this is like one of those harder manoeuvres that the examiner would tell ya to do! apparently i was lazy and decided to just heck everything and turn into the right lane and zoom right to the slope! hehe that chalked up 12 points for me :P pretty amazing huh! its a wonder how much damage one bend can do during the test huh -.-

but whateverrrr I STILL PASSED! hehehe luckily my examiner wasnt one of those old grumpy ones :P ok he was old but still relaxed. wohoo! damn happy!! apparently mum bought an auto car for me, so im now trying to get used to the auto configuration :/ i only drove auto car once during the lessons only! so... still have quite some bit to get used to :)


BING. heheheh i cant wait to get more practice and then im gonna use my car! apparently now im using mum's car first. hehehehe :P

hmmm this blog post seems pretty short eh! oh yeah what else happened in my life...oh last week was a really WTH week! like i only went to camp for thursday? ugh weirdo much. friday i had medical! still remember last wednesday when i was blogging. OH medical. nearly forgot about that. heheh talking about forgetting, i remember the countless times when i forgot and 'forgot' to do my homework! muahahahah oh yes apparently my knee is gonna go for another MRI, then is the doctor going to tell me the options next. really hope they have some concrete diagnosis or plan up for me! :/ sigh i rarely see the doctors.. so far other than my knee incident, the only time i have ever seen the doc was for my daily stomach pains that i had during my secondary school day. ugh sounds as though im having some menstruation stuffsxsxs. =.= yeap just these two incidents and for both cases, the doctors have no idea whats wrong with me :/ oh God.

earlier in the day, i blogged about my shoes being all worn out, and over dinner, me told parents about my shoes! at first, i was kinda expecting quite a lot of scepticism from them since army already provides us with shoes. ack but those get worn out pretty fast too huh. i love to wear a shoe for as long as possible. you know, its like it hold the memories of all your past running experiences. :) so earlier, my shoes got really worn out and unexpectedly  my parents were pretty open about me buying a new shoe! its been so long since i've bought a pair of running shoes..gee these days, it feels as though the grace of God seems to be exceedingly strong on me! :P praise the Lord!! its like sometimes i will make those kinda lame/stupid prayers like "God, how i wish the bus can come nowwwww" and then my bus appears :P hahahah! that kinda thing! its like sometimes everything seems to be so smooth flowing. Like instances whereby i dont have to wait for public transports, or like random gestures of kindness that really helps me a lot :) really really, thank God that these little bits of awesomeness in my life actually brightens up my day :D just when labour day seems like an ordinary weekday. so.... yup! i can now say goodbye to my old shoe and hellowwww to my new pair!
