I am a university student who loves chocolate! Coffee is my best buddy when it comes to taking on my finals. I have a tendency to want to try and do so many different things at once and as a result, I've found my hobbies to be as such!
Nerfing is one of them, but aside from that, I also love arts and craft. I have my own startup, Thumbforlego at: where I sell my works! 
I love to do all sorts of crafting, so you will see me uploading posts of my leathercrafts, thumbdrives, replica guns, nerf gun modifications and gundam models! I'm fortunate enough to be blessed by really supportive parents and given the chance to explore many, many parts of the world and try out a plethora of activities. This is also how I discovered my love for film photography, videography and piano.

I've also gotten the chance to experience many of nature's wonders 
And my most freezing experience to date: riding a husky ski sled into the sunset (It was -38 to -40 degrees celsius and the huskies were pretty fast.)

Why 36000feetabove? This is the altitude that commercial planes cruise at and I have always loved the view up in the sky, being amongst the sea of clouds. :) Personally, my favourite favourite food has got to be airplane buns! Does anyone else feel the same way?! With a slice of butter and looking out of the window, I have yet to find an experience that can beat that.

haha! my 18th birthday was grrrrrreat! muhahaa it was filled with lotsa food, and i woke up extremely early to go to church! how could i possibly have any better introduction to my birthday? this was the best way to start my 18th birthday! haha now i have to wait 364 and 1/4 days for my next birthday! :Doo i reached church at 6.30am and this is the queue?!!! ehhh by the way, service starts at 9am ._. and the morning service had DR Yonggi Cho speaking, the senior pastor of the Yoiddo full gospel church in Korea, the biggest protestant church with over 800,000 members! plus its ASIA CONFERENCE!! wohoo!! dam dam dam fun man! He talked about the 4th dimension, and i felt so empowered! his step by step ideas are really easy to understand and absorb! anyway, after that, i went to spend the rest of my birthday with my family! come to think of it, this is gonna be a loooooong post :) first stop, LUNCH!! we had it at Mimolette, its a fine dining sort of area, i deem it only accessible by car, its madness walking all the way in! well after all the squeezy roads filled with ups and downs with beautiful scenery, we reached MIMOLLETE.   The Food there is goood! really delicious, they offer brunches, which is also the common food that everyone takes. well the brunch itself costed about 20+ bucks, so its really affordable! not only is it just affordable, but it tastes wonderful!! i give, 8/10! :DD the ambience is good i give it about say 9/10, service is good about 7/10, except for the manager whose service totally SUCKS. like seriously, i give him 2/10, just a point away from one because he didnt really show much of attitude, even though he did. maybe thats why the food critic websites all give a low rating for service. he must be the root cause! anyway, this is what i ate! its called egg salmon :)  hahaha i saw the photo again and now im starving! xP the egg is on top by the way woot! while waiting for the food to come, mum and i went to explore! hmmm i can practically say two words for the upcoming pics... "Chair funnnn!"    haha! told ya! well the dining area is not like the gothic sort of setting, its like a church hall :)  thats Moses! (if i didnt remember wrongly) hes a balloon sculptor and have been doing the profession for over 10 years! hehehe he made me a cool balloon sculpture!  *twist twist twist :P betcha' have no idea whats that! guess guess!  *10mins later see the shape forming? :DD  *5 more mins later haha now its way easier to guess eh? *furiously twisting away *furiously twisting away *furiously twisting away *furiously twisting away *furiously twisting away *furiously twisting away *furiously twisting away *furiously twisting away *furiously twisting away *furiously twisting away *furiously twisting away  tadaaaah~! in economics terms, it is the most expensive cake ever! because its extremely extremely time consuming. well my food was still half eaten cuz i was glued to his twisting! haha well my bro got a gun! a balloon one. :P  007 man!  this is precisely why kids are not allowed to have guns xP  well soon after, he couldnt take the stress and decided to give up..  wohoo! cake wins!  with a great chocolately taste!  mum got a rose! and she's killing me! X.X hahaha! well after all the balloon galore, we paid the bill to that grumpy manager, got out of the restaurant, and saw this:  OH RIGHT! HORSE RIDING!! WOHOO!! "sorry, closed already." i was like like "WTHHHHHH" then mum asked.. "can go in?" "can can! just go in! further down have small horses!" woots!! HORSE PICS ALL THE WAYYY! walk walk walk~  ooooo... walk walk walk~  white horse! :D haha i played with this horse for quite some time. well it looks wayy smaller in the pic than in real life :)   HUGS♥MUM I WANT A HORSE!  horse likes Ed Hardy too man! yeah! Cheers!  haha cute right! :D so this is what they call as small horse! :D doesnt look like small horse leh :D *blank smile..SO BIG!!!  haha this horse tried to chew on my arms :P  oh man it looks so tame.. :) OKOKOKOK!!! ENOUGH OF HORSES! ENOUGH ENOUGH! time to change topic! well we went home to rest, then we got out again for dinner! :D we~went~to~Ku~Shinbo! (the same place i went to after O level) *explores around the outside, where we have never been before..  yum yum!  their specialty~! i think the bamboo clam is nicer.  :D i always see this is japan!  HUGE PRAWNS like seriously dammm big xP  bleh chicken. common food *ding ding! round one!  *chomp chomp chomp  *ding ding! round two!  *ding ding! round three!  huge prawn man! . . . . . . . ooooo....  :D :D :D Round Seven! wohoo!  xD  oo it can stand.. :P i ate the chocolate strip that was stuck in it :P finally, we were so full! X.X as usual! hehe hope we ate more than we paid man! each person had to pay $47.70 :P well after that, i went home! not after passing by auntie's house to collect some birthday gifts! and for the finale~! just 1 hour and 15mins before my immunity ends! well i finally got a new shoe, after the persistent naggings and ramblings from my dad to change it, since it already has a few holes. haha well i was and am reluctant to change cuz im kinda used to the old one, and find no need in changing it!  this is my new shoe! its again Asics, i always go for that brand cuz of the cushioning :P geez my previous shoe had like more than 5mm worn off from the sole. o.o oh well, got new socks too, since mum was complaining that my athelete's foot was really bad :P haha and i gotta admit it is really damn bad. once i take off my shoes in the car, poof! silent killer mannnn. still cant believe it that im gonna wake up at 5am on my birthday to go to church! wohoo! xD haha well all the above actually has no link to the title haha! well the reason why i named it "$1.50! Chomp chomp chomp~!" is because of this!  haha i made mum blow up $13.50 worth of bread at this wonderful bakery in Holland V!! thats because all of the bread looks just so delicious!! haha so i snapped up tons of em, and chomped them home! so did bro and mum :) well obviously as food lovers, we didnt have enough. so tonight was round 2! we headed down the holland v, real late though but still managed to grab hold of....  tadahhh! ehhh this time, damage to mum's pocket: $26.60 MUAHAHAHAHA! oh well she took more bread than me :P i bought loads of em, so that i can share with those peeps at singapore expo tml! long day up ahead for me! it may be a long one, but i bet its gonna be great and awwwwwwwesome!! with nice food!! hope i get to ride a horse tml :P Monday, May 24, 2010
OMG life sucks so badly! a short week it may be, but one living hell it is. oh great! thursday there is GP exam, gotta read up more and more! :/ plus i wonder if the gym is open on thursday.. *sneeze! *sneeze! *sneeze! *sneeze! *sneeze! sheesh freaking sick. dam the flu man! seems as though everytime i go home, i end up sneezing, looks like its time to clean up the house and air the rooms! or maybe its also because of stress. Jia yous to all the JC students!! even though its really dam tough to survive as the days go by. it always gets increasingly challenging :/ talk about GP. sheesh wonder what kinda question i will be tackling. oh well. hope this coming friday is a good break aand a really much needed breather! hope i can go out :P its been a loooong time Labels: school Saturday, May 22, 2010
yep yep! it has finally ended, overall, i would say my performance went well, other than the extremely bad time estimations that were given to us and abrupt last minute changes, other than that, it was goooood. smooth sailing i would say. oh well, couldnt complete my specialised song which is Shinkai no Kodoku. anyway yep yep, happy that it has ended! well hope i would get to perform next year again, may it be 3 consecutive years that i get to perform for the college! my honour, my pleasure! anyway, woa it has been like close to a week since i have gotten my new graphic card, the 240GTX :P well now lemme tell ya the whole random process of getting it... 3weeks ago.. "dad! my com cant play AVA! the characters can turn invisible and later on after playing too much the com screen turns blue! sian dumb com cant even solve the problem by itself." i have no idea why, but 2 weeks later, dad started to bring up the subject about getting a new graphic card for me, of which i did not find it a necessity. anyway, mum was like buy lah! before he gives me more hell! just buy the best one you can find, i dont care how much it costs! ha in the end, i chose 240GTX, good enough to play all the high end games :) dont need such high graphics anyway. so yup yup! bought the graphic card, went home and fix it up :)  this is the box given for the graphic card ^^  this is the card itself,  haha my lousy shell for the com. xP  urm this is like before i put it in :P changed the components inside before anyway.  old one on the left, new one on the right!  hmm slotting it in :) yup yup! jsut that simple. no need much of brains to change it lah! i wasnt assembling a whole new com anyway. |
