I am a university student who loves chocolate! Coffee is my best buddy when it comes to taking on my finals. I have a tendency to want to try and do so many different things at once and as a result, I've found my hobbies to be as such!
Nerfing is one of them, but aside from that, I also love arts and craft. I have my own startup, Thumbforlego at: where I sell my works! 
I love to do all sorts of crafting, so you will see me uploading posts of my leathercrafts, thumbdrives, replica guns, nerf gun modifications and gundam models! I'm fortunate enough to be blessed by really supportive parents and given the chance to explore many, many parts of the world and try out a plethora of activities. This is also how I discovered my love for film photography, videography and piano. 
The film photo above is unedited! My family loves cold countries xD. We managed to catch the northern lights twice! 
I've also gotten the chance to experience many of nature's wonders 
And my most freezing experience to date: riding a husky ski sled into the sunset (It was -38 to -40 degrees celsius and the huskies were pretty fast.)

Why 36000feetabove? This is the altitude that commercial planes cruise at and I have always loved the view up in the sky, being amongst the sea of clouds. :) Personally, my favourite favourite food has got to be airplane buns! Does anyone else feel the same way?! With a slice of butter and looking out of the window, I have yet to find an experience that can beat that.

last saturday, it was earth hour! as in it started from 8.30pm singapore time till 9.30pm, its a worldwide kinda thing, done to raise the awareness of global warming.i participated the event as a scout, had a small group there.... looked around the mini exhibition before heading off to the esplanade with my darling to shop! ps there had aircon, much better than walking around in the heat while doing nothing right? oh yeah oh yeah. before that, Jun wei followed me to cell group, then we went to makansutra bay! there had really good food.... spent like 2 hours there..  i took some pictures of the food, so enjoy and get hungry! uh random shot also random shot :P the satay....YUMMY!!! i tot each stick was 10cents but it turned out to be 60cents! read the sign wrongly lor. look at how big the satay were! our IR was really tiny! thats jun wei posing for the camera! this was before the lights went out, think this photo was taken somewhere around 8.15pm? thats me! and my darling and another couple in scouts~ my hair kinda went out of place.... uh took picture of my darling while walking at the marina bay... this is the singapore skyline! when NEARLY all lights were out. then we joined back with the scouts, did some cheering of songs.. another random shot. also another random shot :P tried to take picture with shazanah in the pic but it was kinda tough.... kinda succeded.....sort of. this is the last pic i took before leaving the place!!Labels: celebration, Cell group, My Darling, save the world, scouts Friday, March 27, 2009
i did this on Wednesday. I was tired out after all the muddy play and training i had in rugby, was really sticky and still had remnants of mud here and there. FINALLY, i could have a break and a good bath!The mum told me to plant the pine tree into the garden and i was thinking, the weekends are so near why don't we just plant it on Saturday... (procrastination) then i was thinking. then later on, for no reason i said yes to planting the pine tree. so thats what i did!  this is how it started off.... mum said she wanted the pine tree on the sloping area.after i dug a huge hole, then my mum brought the tiny pine tree over. with the porcelain pot. then she wanted to use a screwdriver to take out the plant from the pot. my view was to break the pot. in the end, after some time trying to dig the plant out, mum decided to take the hammer! so i went *hammer *hammer *hammer and done!  after a super long time..... after sometime throwing the porcelain chips into the soil....after successfully planting the pine tree into the ground on the slope, mum told me to plant the 3 mini durian trees into garden.  yeah this is the plant, mum wants to split them into 2, the grassy like plant to the outside of the house and the durian trees in the garden. then obviously, i started to dig again.... this time, the ground was so stiff..... earthworms! thats the first one, spotted 3 of em when i was digging up a nice spot. started to plant the trees, one by one.... tried to plant them as far away from each other as possible. this is me planting in the third tree! it was the tiniest of them all... voila! all done up and reay to press "publish post"! seem rather tired today, also dont know why. just dont have appetite for anything. bleh. hmm firstly i gotta thank nicholas sir for helping us take pictures and investuring Jun Wei, Bernie and ME!! also gotta thank Kajun for helping us take pictures too~!ok firstly let me show you our route to our campsite! thats after reaching the island by a 20min boat ride.  firstly, we walked a little bit before reaching here.....then we climbed up a really narrow and unsafe looking wooden staircase.... then came the worst part. the steep slope.... previous pic was the front, uphill, now this is how it looks like downhill.... all the way right on top! after this the walking was so much easier.... round the bend..... more forested area to walk through..... had to got low at some parts.... still went deeper to look for a suitable campsite... the path somewhat got narrower after some time....can see the path? its in the middle... went even deeper.... this is our campsite! quite a nice area i must say, no scouts been here before, tons of firewood everywhere! the only problem is water supply is a long way down, quite some distance walk before reaching the non-potable (not drinkable) water collection point. a clearer view of the place.... see the strange looking "stone" at the back? its somewhere around our waist height..... its a freaking termite nest....ooo after that, we built our natural shelters, made of purely resources found around the area, other than that, just a groundsheet for the flooring... then we had to start a fire! hehe i brought kitchen lighter....so it was kinda easy to start the fire. was too lazy to use matches or lighter...   halfway letting the wood burn, sir built the model natural shelter! uh only Jun wei went in. LOADS of firewood..... so many dead and fallen trees!! this is only a small portion lor. we used up practically everything there as we made huge and hot fires..... hehe no more firewood for other scouts! then bernie thought it was a good idea to use the vines (those that tarzan use to swing around) to use them as ropes.... still trying.... T.Tok then we gave up. bleh X.x  this is our instant stove!! it works as a stove, and burns as firewood! by the time it breaks, our food would be done cooking. we tried it out for dinner and it worked perfectly fine!! this is our weapons! used pocket knives to sharpen the edge, just like cavemen.... then this is our water collection!! so when it rains, we get to collect water and use it! if we want, we can purify it and use it as drinking water! tried it, and the water was no different from swimming pool water. bleh Kajun did this while the rest went round looking for a suitable fruit to conduct food tasting tests. i had to try and fruit there was and test whether it was edible! more fun on the beach~ then we proceeded back to campsite and had to set up animal traps! so firstly we found fruits and now we need animals! for meals la. can see my animal trap? :D used fishing line....so the trap cannot be seen!! cool huh! i loved the fishing line thingy. thats jun wei and him doing up his animal trap bernie was still choosing his tree...... then i completed my trap! can see? still not that obvious.... jun wei completed his trap! bernie also used fishing line.... close up!After that, we carried on to do up our signalling post, we chose to create smoke signals....just that we were not required to light up the bonfire...   thats the bonfire.... thats me getting more firewood....then came the rope throwing test. sir wanted us to be able to throw the rope to save a person if needed to.  bernie first! me second.... i was coiling the rope.... jun wei third!then, we proceeded to the beach again to practice our throwing! this time, we threw to the sea and we only had 15seconds to save a guy while having entangled ropes...  hehe sir being the model!!! us watching attentively....sort of. i have totally no idea when this photo was taken!!then came our turn....  jun wei first! then me.... then bernie!while about to reach the end of our camp, we had a tiring night as not only were we unable to sleep, we had to fend off tons of Aedes mosquitos (got bitten over 27times, 24 within the first hour) and rats. Rats acutally attacked us?! more of our baggage.....  this is bernie's natural shelter.... super tall! every natural shelter i do is always so low.... i have no idea why!! then this is jun wei's natural shelter!then we practiced CPR..... had some info clash as we were taught differently...  looks so gay.... bernie had problem trying not to laugh! we got kinda sticky and decided to bathe! and we ate in the toilet too.... haha! scouts camp was so slack! i just took out the bread and took a bite! so i was still sitting down... then dawn arrived... oo this is our beloved sir! hehe then we had to take the scout promise....and sir helped us to put on our eppillites!  jun wei first, bernie second.... me last! took a serious pic.... and a slightly smiling one... fun time!! we went round taking more pics! how can we possibly miss out our leader! this one was kinda strange.... kingfisher!! during the boat ride back, everyone was in some kinda daze.... still in some kinda daze.... still in a daze.... on the jetty home~ our last moments...
