Proud to be a child of God, a faithful son (I hope lol) a trying to be hardworking student, a part-time worker, a nerf/milsim enthusiast, a crafting and music lover and an awesome friend. to you :) Hope you have an enjoyable time reading about my life, as much as I have fun living it! |

I am a university student who loves chocolate! Coffee is my best buddy when it comes to taking on my finals. I have a tendency to want to try and do so many different things at once and as a result, I've found my hobbies to be as such!
Nerfing is one of them, but aside from that, I also love arts and craft. I have my own startup, Thumbforlego at: where I sell my works!
I love to do all sorts of crafting, so you will see me uploading posts of my leathercrafts, thumbdrives, replica guns, nerf gun modifications and gundam models! I'm fortunate enough to be blessed by really supportive parents and given the chance to explore many, many parts of the world and try out a plethora of activities. This is also how I discovered my love for film photography, videography and piano.
The film photo above is unedited! My family loves cold countries xD. We managed to catch the northern lights twice!
I've also gotten the chance to experience many of nature's wonders
And my most freezing experience to date: riding a husky ski sled into the sunset (It was -38 to -40 degrees celsius and the huskies were pretty fast.)

Why 36000feetabove? This is the altitude that commercial planes cruise at and I have always loved the view up in the sky, being amongst the sea of clouds. :) Personally, my favourite favourite food has got to be airplane buns! Does anyone else feel the same way?! With a slice of butter and looking out of the window, I have yet to find an experience that can beat that.
After tomorrow, before today

oo just updated the chat box, i mean changed the chat box, found the previous one too boring, and afterall it had started to give problems such as the html code not loading properly, gave it a change and it looks so much better! although it is slightly out of proportion
gettin bored at home, no one to talk to. luckily i only have 2 more days left before i go overseas! then it will be soo fun! today, i also dreamnt of japan.....ooo afterall most of the time my dreams do come true, so that also means i got a sneak peak! yeah~!
oh ya haven even started packing my bags yet....should i bring my psp? can play when im bored but it will be heavy and whats the use of playing when i am supposed to be enjoying japan? hehe just did a personality quiz again, this time they say i am.... The Loyal Friend Others see you as sensible, cautious, careful & practical. They see you as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. Not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but someone who's extremely loyal to friends you do make and who expects the same loyalty in return. Those who really get to know you realize it takes a lot to shake your trust in your friends, but equally that it takes you a long time to get over if that trust is ever broken. hehe gonna put this under my TAGBOARD section too! Thursday, November 27, 2008
oo today i went to take a personality quiz! but some parts i do not agree and some are just...disturbing? see my test results! so give it a try too at colourquiz.com!! rather strange results though..... O.o
seriously, today i do not know what to blog about, lets see all i did was to have piano lesson. that was the last piano lesson left before i am going on a holiday to japan! hmm i heard that its snowing now in japan! :D
love to play with snow! the last time i went to japan, it was 2 years ago, last year didnt so oversea, so this year im going to japan for a month! its almost a month, but for convenience sake i say 1 month~! today in piano lesson, teacher wanted to teach my Croation's Rhapsody, a rather jazzy and tough song but nice to listen! it also requires lots of stretching of fingers! so teacher said i got a big advantage as i can stretch easily over an octave, which is eight keys, using one hand! oo since some people do not know the song, i decided to search youtube for the song! i started to practice the song for about 10mins and due to its repitition song, i got super irritated with the song as i played it slow while sight reading it (look and play the scores immediately) so i got really bored of it, went home and slack! practice it later on. muhaha! so sorry for not blogging yesterday, was out for the entire day till in the night. didn't blog in the night as i had eye infection and due to the little sleep i have everyday, (about 4-5 hours) im starting to have dark rings round my eyes. so i decided to sleep early.today woke up feeling sad, worried and puzzled. applied eye lotion to my eye, it hurts whenever i close my eyes. had this problem 2 days ago but didnt tell anyone. now my darling got a fever, i got my eye infection plus another sickness, of which i cant say as such medical records are confidential. oh felt really bored so i took picture of the eye lotion. hmm really bored now, gonna fly to japan in 4 days time, haven gotten ready the luggage and stuffs. just wondering whether i got enough time to go for the open house for National Patrol Competition as i will be flying off just the day after, timing unknown. didnt find out from parents... on sunday afternoon, ok wait im blogging this today cuz there is one picture of which i was lazy to upload on during sunday night, so here's the pic! story first, went to my late paternal grandpa's temple so as to pay a visit to him, halfway on the trip there, bro was shocked! apparently he saw a building with an ERP gantry. my parents both started laughing, although i stayed silent. bro didn't know that that was the land transport authority building and the ERP gantry was a mock! oh yeah ERP in electornic road pricing, something like paying money to enter an area.
oo this is for today! ini the morning, i woke up like super blur, as in really blur. banged into my bedroom door without knowing that there was a door there. next thing, i had to prepare to go for my piano lesson. its already my second last lesson before i go on my holiday! then i will be missing for a month! muhaha! well after my piano lesson, i went to have a dip! as in i went swimming at my teacher's condo. walked and walked and walked, saw the nice greenery, whipped out my camera phone and gotcha! ok went to swim for 2 hours, then my muscles started to ache (so pathetic), last time i used to swim so much better, not until my tests and exams started to pop up and i had to neglect my piano. swimming indirectly went along with piano and dissapeared, not until today! yeah! *muscle aching X.x Sunday, November 23, 2008
i just went searching for more blog add-ons and i found this! as in the thing that is following behind your cursor!! really cool huh, if you dun like it just move your cursor to the corner or smth and the words will circulate around that place, unless you move your cursor again.i also added in some extra link sites for code geass fansites, courtesy from http://geass.reverielied.net/knightoverview.php for the links! i am concurrently trying to look for other naruto fansites and gundam 00 fansites with really nice links X.x
oh yeah suddenly thought of it, do you think i should start a new section that is something like "THE EXPECTATIONS OF MY PARTNER or FRIENDS" what do you think, even though i may not know you in person and is a totally stranger to you, do give me comments in the tag box! if the response is good then i shall start the column just after the MY WANTS column, so do give me your opinion please~! :D
yesterday was....Saturday, starting to loose track of the days as its the holidays and i don't usually check the date. don't know why, but it seems to me that every end of year holiday, i tend to forget the date.
yesterday morning was rather nice and sunny day at my area, no rain or whatsoever. out of the blue, my mum asked me to pick the weeds to i obeyed and went into the garden armed with really lousy plastic gloves and a screw driver. oo after picking the weeds for some time and having a good sun tan, (my skin doesn't seem to have become any darker) i went to plant one of the plants that had overgrown the pot into the soil so that it can grow further. the plant is rather big already, can you believe it that it actually grew from a tiny seed? apparently the seed was air-flown into my garden so i planted it in the pot! then i decided where to place the new plant! hmm i chose the spot that the plant was usually in, as in the original spot. mum told me to use the chungkol so i went searching round the house for it but could not find it, then she passed me the 'chungkol' , it was a spade! as in a TINY spade! ps the metal part is even smaller than your palm. ok it does not really look so deep, wow how in the world am i supposed to take picture of holes? dug it real deep as it had to be bigger than the pot, the soil on top was really thin, the rest wwere clay, then i hit the black clay at the bottom. uh thats not the bottom of my garden, dug much deeper than that before. after that mum did the pulling out of the plant from the pot! notice the white lines that look mlike threads? thats the roots. the roots even grew out from the bottom of the pot and grew into the soil! so mum did have some trouble pulling the pot out from the soil. while she was having fun pulling out the soil,( i suppose she had fun) i went to take a snapshot of the flowers in my garden! a small bit of them that had propagated to my garden from the others in the pots! then mum put the plant into the soil and i took pictures of it! only posted a few, dun wanna spam the entire blog with pics! ok done with the afternoon, then came evening, obviously the sky became darker but not into crimson red, it turned greyish dark. gonna rain. shuks! i still needed to go for the Asia Conference as there was the miracle healing night buy Benny Hinns! the place was super packed! at first, i had seats in the main hall, then i wanted to go to the overflow hall as hall8 was packed all 9000 seats taken, then i wanted to go to hall 10 before the ushers told me that all the 9000 seats have been taken up, so i was relocated at hall7, with a seating capacity of 7000 seats. managed to get a table with my bro before people started to join us. before the service started, people already ran out of seats and many had to stand up. geez standing for the entire 6 hours is no fun man. anyway to cut things short, the annointed Benny Hinn is really powerful and he really does perform miracles! i have seen it with my own naked eyes and he is no fake! really powerful night filled with lots of prayers! definitely not a night to be missed! today, ok wait lets start with yesterday's continuation of the cleaning up of my third floor. things were slightly cleared up but the rest was in a mess. hehe yesterday got interesting, no decomposing cockroaches, just that there is disintegrating plastic bags! can you believe it>? sounds real strange, the IKEA plastic bag just split into shredds the moment i lifted it up! here show ya the pics if you don't believe!oo here's another pic that i took picture of! ok now let me explain my stairs to you. (sounds soo ridiculous) my stairs is kinda in the spiral form, but still has the squarish design, as in up a few steps then turn 90 degress to the left, so on and so forth. so heres the pic of whats after the first bend. ps the first bend is right at the corner of the staircase in the picture above. this is all that my bro and i have cleared, for yesterday. now lets talk about today! today i went to Temasek Poly for the IT security immersion program, out of 20 students, about 5 are from other schools, one more was my bro who wasn't a sec4 and the rest were greenviewans! didnt take any pics though, lets just say i forgot.... Todayi decided to clear from the second bend onwards! oh yeah here's the pic of the second bend....sry pics is blur, stupid camera lens was dirty... today i didnt find any interesting stuff, but i found my old calendar from my primary school! it is such a beautiful memorabilla! see see see! its sooo precious to me now since that i have it in my possesion now. also took out pics of nature thay i had drawn and coloured during my primary school days. here's the pics of the precious calendar! well after all the stuffs have been cleared from the stairs, i helped my bro out in bringing the things downstairs after sorting them out. oo hehe was wondering why i took this picture! wanted to show that i have cleared up all the mess! hehe uh now there's a mess downstairs as these items need to be checked by my mum before they can be given away... :D oh yeah i have just added code geass both R1 and R2 seasons. yesterday morning was a sunny day! as usual, everyday definitely got to rain, so it rained in the afternoon, rained very heavily. was wondering how in the world can i reach expo without getting wet? had to go to expo for the Asia conference and i tell ya it was awesome!went there like 1hr30mins in advance to queue up, hall 8, the place where we go to every Sunday was really packed up as the foreign delegates were placed there and only the terraces were filled up with the locals. so we were ushered to hall 10, which was the overflow hall. we managed to sit at the front row as friends from my cell group has already went there much earlier. even though i went 1hr30mins in advance, hall 8 was full and the queue stretched from hall10 all the way to the foyer where food is served. it was very congested and i think there was at least a hundred people in front of me queuing up. total madness!! oh yeah i just took a snapshot of the weather just before i went to expo, rain subsided a little but it was still raining it was a rather wet start off to the Asia conference, no one likes to be in the overflow room where all you can see is the projections at hall 8. most of the locals are placed here and the hall was soon packed with people as they just kept streaming in non stop. by the time the opening session was about to begin, the floor all the way to the terraces were filled up to the max! tens of thousands of people were present at the opening session. like NDP(national day parade), there were performances from the different ministries and church, as in children's church. the sound system was good....it managed to shake the hall! thats what i like! but apparently my bro didnt like the sound. oh yeah i keep forgetting, heres the pic of the crowd! isnt it so good that the people are so kind and always happy? i even dropped my handphone unknowingly and the person sitting behind me actually returned it to me! no offence, i mean when you are out in the public, most likely after dropping your phone unknowingly it will be gone huh. i tell ya the surmon was good.... the only thing is that it wasn't that clearly put across thus had to spend a little bit of time to digest the info. so many notes and good points to take down! usually a normal service will require me 2 sides of a paper, which means 1 full paper, front and back. yesterday, i needed 4 sides! the whole event finished at 10.40pm, which means it overshot by 10mins! but what the big deal when you are fed with mind blowing revelations? shuks i forgot to mention praise and worship. the hall was soo big, and by the time i was done singing, i was thristy! cuz i sand quite loud too... :P anyway having over 9000 people behind you singing their voices out to the Lord was so powerful! especially when they cut off the music and crowd was still singing. wow! it was so grand hearing so many voices sing together! all exitement ended soon when everyone went home, once i got home, i took pics of the goodie bag! hehe there was mints inside to ensure that you dun kill the foreign delegates with your breath! oo the picture below is the tag that allows you to go into the morning electives! the lanyard was also special to the locals, foreign delegates had their own colour and so did our church family members. oo this is the goodie bag! this is the outer covering, everyone had a goodie bag like this! now let me bring you into the goodie bag! ok this sounds really lame. this was what they gave us, really simple and handy! inside the goodie bag was brochure on the upcoming Asia Conference in 2010, a pen paired up with the notepad and some informative brochures about this event! oo the black namecard thingy, thats the packet of mints! :D looks very like the Clorets one. think i spelled the mint brand wrongly. O.o Wednesday, November 19, 2008
wohoo! today is the opening of the Asia conference! yeah man! can't wait to go for the event! yesterday, rather boring, went shopping with mum and bro to parkway, had to get some stuffs for our holiday.oh yeah bro also had his violin exam yeah! bro:"screwed up" hmm just hope that he still can pass. sorry guys, no pics today as i didnt even take any pics. oo went to parkway to get deb's present! as in that was a few days ago la. wanna see the present? lemme get my pic first.... okok here it is! muhaha like the present? i can say i spent a bomb ba. but not gonna tell ya the entire price spent on this! at first, i wanted to get a specific item but it was out of stock throughout the island, so i had to change my item that i wanna get. sob sob i got another present that was meant to be a surprise but turned out it wasn't a surprise afterall. so sad. never done such a thing before but alreaday failed on my first try. *totally demoralised hmm looks like it will still be better to get an appropriate gift and not try anything to risky on anyone's birthday? geez how i wish i got something to do at home, doing blogging is fine, but i got no games and whatsoever. this is borin me to death....talk about death, im starving! woo i go look for food! bye byes~! almost forgot, i got some fun games at the bottom of the tagbox! bro said there is too much games. yeah do try them to relieve some stress or get a laugh!! Tuesday, November 18, 2008
first and foremost i would love to wish that the Asia Conference will go smoothly as delegates from all over the world come to Singapore Expo. oh my i can't wait to go for tommorow's opening! gonna go in the night as my pastor says he has a really powerful message, definitely going there maybe 2 hours in advance to meet my cell group (its like a mini group of ppl gathered together closely)

(i think there should be at leat one cockroach, or maybe none.) ANYWAY, i decided to clear the staircase first as i could barely walk up the stairs without balancing. this is what i need to clear, just a small portion of it. PS this is the starting of my staircase only, what about upstairs? geez the quality of the pics sucks to bad again was digging and digging and throwing and pushing, i spotted a dead cockroach! as in decomposing cockroach! super sick la. don't understand why when i go camping i am totally not scared of cockroaches but at home i was shocked when i suddenly saw a DEAD, decomposing cockroach. even the cockroach was stuck to the plastic container.... Finally, i managed to clear up a big load of em and decided to eat my lunch! ordered KFC as i was lazy to walk out and eat. hehe ordered a family feast A and they gave me like 6 spoons!! *does an empty house look as if there are 6 people living inside?? ok la never mind about that. got coselaws instead of mash potatoes, never like them as in when they are from KFC, gotta say i love KFC chicken the most, but the will always be behind anyone who cooks me home-cooked food! well not many people can cook, but i always like the effort they put in, at leat it shows that they care for me! hehe now let me make you hungry.... *slowly opening the KFC box which holds the chicken!! waaaa! *chomp chomp chomp *munch munch munch *mmm yummy!! :D Sunday, November 16, 2008
hehe 2 days never blog le!! im super busy la. got so many things to do, especially on Sat, i had 3 different choices to spend my entire day, go out with my classmates for the outing to Sentosa or go visit my church friend in his army camp or go for piano lesson and swim after that. in the end, i decided to choose to go visit my friend in his army camp as i just went to sentosa just barely a few days ago, so no point going and my piano lesson can be changed.my church friend, Jireh, was in the artillery camp, so obviously there were the Bionics, a tank made by singaporeans for singaporeans. i had to wake up at 5am just to go to the stupid campsite, went there with nicole and took tons of pics but used her camera instead as my phone camera was blurry. the pics i will upload it next time when she has passed me the photos. it was rather....noisy. what ya expect with tanks shooting blanks like nobody's business?? it was rather nice as they passed out and had some kinda performance. after that we went to look for him, nicole met many other City Harvest Church members but i didnt recognise them. we also got to try out the SAR-21, tried out the tanks, the different weaponry and the bazookas! uh they were lighter than i expected. had lotsa fun posing for the camera and trying out the equipments. managed to get 4 headshots out of the 5 blanks they gave me. seriously i don't like to use the gun (SAR-21) as the smoke is rather irritating, after firing 2 bullets, smoke engulfed my face, rather choking, but still managed to control the recoil as i fired constantly. only the second shot wasn't a head. oo after that i went for my new CG as church reorganised the cell group and i got so many new friends, obviously it was rather strange and awkward meeting them cuz i seldom saw them in church, let alone this was my first Cg meeting ever since my O levels ended. so there was an introduction obviously. After that, i went for my family BBQ at my uncle's house, it was just exactly the same as last year's, just that i think there was more food i think. one thing for sure, my uncle started up the fire so much faster! let me show ya the pics! didnt take note of the timing leh.... oo i took picture of the fire pit from time to time so now i shall show you the progress of the fire starting! this sounds rather ridiculous huh. O.o notice the background getting darker and darker...it was evening already when i took the first pic!
hehe played really kiddy games too with my bro and my uncle, that toy belongs to my primary one cousin.
oo one more thing i found out! my toe nails are still pink in colour! already removed my fingernail polish with the help of my friend nicole!! :D Friday, November 14, 2008
wohoo! yesterday's prom night was fun! i gotta say a big thank you to the greenview alumni for making the prom night tradition fun and memorable! i loved the prom night alot! although my friends and i felt the lucky draw was biased as the numbers were practically all 100+ -_-""geez yesterday i did feel bored at home, it like as if you got totally nothing to do, compared to last time where i had tons of things to do during the holidays. hmm is it because of the kind of games we play or is it just the lifestyle change? geez all of a sudden i feel like doing work, but i =just feel lazy to budge, so i shall just sit in front of my com and hope i find something to do. guess i'll work around jan? just want to enjoy myself before i have to start my poly/jc life! oh great my freakin tatoo is fading! ahhh! ok back to topic, yesterday night was a fun-filled night! we were served good food and we had fun competitions as we were split up into 2 groups across the hall! hmm sry guys no pics as they are a little blur and i only took so few, was busy enjoying myself! hmm looks like i need to use a marker to go over the tatoo...OK back to topic, we were served chinese-style food and the prom king and queen is Zadkiel and Cammie! lols somewhat already expected, afterall i should support my friends huh! it was a seven course dinner and we had games in between the meals, so it was like huh? play game ar? Ok lor! of course we had cold dishes, then obviously theres the main course then some yam thingy soup looking dessert. seldom eat desserts so i dont know the name of it. shuks got to go! need go upload pics into my Ipod!! Thursday, November 13, 2008
woa today's post is gonna be super long! cuz i was out celebrating deb's birthday for the entire day yesterday! i spent the morning in school for my chem paper and then to the barbers to highlight my hair and give it a trim! :Di decided to go for the colour 7.1, which was ash brown, a little bright to show the colour and if it went any darker, it would blend into my present hair colour which means it is not gonna make any sense and it is also gonna be a waste of money. the entire thing took around 1hour to highlight it. love the ash brown colour! but my dad says its too bright, then he said i should highlight purple, isn't that even brighter~?!
thats me being entirely wet as i played volleyball too! hair was totally messed up by the rain so my friends decided to style my hair! wohoo~! the 3 guys who went to sentosa to celebrate deb's birthday! starting from the left, thats Max, then Chris then Me!! we took TONS and TONS of pics, but i shall just put up a few. the guys at the bottom are chris and max and the pampered girls are deb and nicole!the rest of the time was spent bathing and getting our butts wet as we sat on the wet seats of the tram. had to bathe and changeup before returning to Vivo City and heading over to Deb's house! thats the monorail station, i mean im standing in the monorail station, saying bye bye to Sentosa! the lights right at the back are the ships~! it was such a memorable experience! after we left and during we left, i decided to take 2 snapshots! the first pic is a lil blur as the monorail was moving... this was taken at the roof of Vivo city, even though it was tall and bright, i still prefer the using of traditional christmas trees! i love them soo much! can't wait for christmas! christmas=party+presents! well next stop, nicole's house! followed her home to get deb's cake, which was handmade by nicole's mum! it was sooo white. its carrot almond cake but couldnt taste any carrot flavour leh? O.o had lots of almonds though. wait was it almonds? (suffering from STM) met up with Kim and (forgotten the name of the guy, paiseh) we chatted and ate pizzas before letting the birthday girl have her way. this is where the tragedy begins...apparently i was paired up with her and she blindfolded me, just like all the other 3 guys. we were not only blindfolded, we were also 'handcuffed' and we were given a MAKEOVER!!! now thats the most embarrasing thing ever!! ahhh!!! but it was fun! now instead of 4guys and 4 gals, there were 8 gals and no guys! this is sooo not man. i was turned into a freakin geisha all thanks to my makeup atrist deb!! ahh!! of course, we must be sporting! so i decided to act like a girl and chris did the same! hmm dunno why i didnt take a pic of Max, but both chris and I took pictures! see ->
wahaha! it was SUPER fun!! woa wearing makeup makes the whole face soo heavy and like oily?! after that, we decided to settle down and cut cake!! hehe chris, max and me planned to kiss the makeup artists so that their cheeks were all filled with lipstick! okok let me post the pic of the cake. took it in the dark so it isn't that clear. fun begins from here as everyone wreaked havoc and we deb was screaming as if the roof was gonna fall as after i kissed her cheek, nicole put even darker lipstick and kissed her like crazy before polka-dotting her entire face! here are some pics! omg my nails are still pink and i got prom night lata! ahhh!!! HELP!!! hehe still got the tatoo on, but its starting to fade.... oh cool my face doesn't looks as if theres make up on, all thanks to the light! MUHAHA! ppl got tortured... hehe! |
