I am a university student who loves chocolate! Coffee is my best buddy when it comes to taking on my finals. I have a tendency to want to try and do so many different things at once and as a result, I've found my hobbies to be as such!
Nerfing is one of them, but aside from that, I also love arts and craft. I have my own startup, Thumbforlego at: where I sell my works!
I love to do all sorts of crafting, so you will see me uploading posts of my leathercrafts, thumbdrives, replica guns, nerf gun modifications and gundam models! I'm fortunate enough to be blessed by really supportive parents and given the chance to explore many, many parts of the world and try out a plethora of activities. This is also how I discovered my love for film photography, videography and piano.
The film photo above is unedited! My family loves cold countries xD. We managed to catch the northern lights twice!
I've also gotten the chance to experience many of nature's wonders
And my most freezing experience to date: riding a husky ski sled into the sunset (It was -38 to -40 degrees celsius and the huskies were pretty fast.)

Why 36000feetabove? This is the altitude that commercial planes cruise at and I have always loved the view up in the sky, being amongst the sea of clouds. :) Personally, my favourite favourite food has got to be airplane buns! Does anyone else feel the same way?! With a slice of butter and looking out of the window, I have yet to find an experience that can beat that.
After tomorrow, before today

It's kinda strange that I thought about what I wanted to blog today but actually forgot about the topic when I woke up. Moreover, I had the plan to blog yesterday but procrastinator me decided to leave it hanging until today, when my mind is so much fresher. Yesterday was a really tiring day! I have this tendency to use "tiring day" and "long day" synonymously. I just ended a Nutrition test on friday which bore the brunt of my haphazard last minute hug-jesus'-foot-studying aaaaand I hope the result can (pleasantly) surprise me later over this week. Amongst the many things that has to be done this weekend, I went to buy a cap. Well that's because my previous one was so worn out! It had no structure to it, the buckle already rusted and so I bought a new cap. Which was not what I intended to buy and this phenomenon seems to always occur whenever I am buying things! When I buy something, pretty much like a stereotypical guy, I would head straight to the shop, buy my stuff and leave. But here and there, I enter the shop and buy something else instead and later on be contented that I made the right decision. So while buying my cap at Haji Lane, I chanced upon these REALLY BEAUTIFUL turkish lamps! Their beauty caused me to react like a tourist chancing upon never seen before things overseas and I just got puzzled as to how I missed it all these while?! I've walked along Haji Lane countless times as they have a few shops selling my supplies, from gemstones to leather tools to military accessories~ but yet I've never found such a shop?! It was really puzzling how I have been missing it all the while. What's beautiful about them is how they hang in a bunch like This weekend also got really eventful because apart from the three birthdays that we celebrated in church, it was our cell group leader's birthday too! Which was a fun time kidnapping him and seating him in the capsule before sending him off! To say that this week was an eventful week...I don't know. It surely does not feel like it is, but I know that it's been a really long week judging by how tired my fingers are from typing, and I foresee so much more typing to come. Moreover the photos seem to show that I had an eventful week! Just missing those crazy times of playing bridge with my clique in school. Not exactly looking forward to so much typing, although I must say that I do enjoy doing so! It's like I would dare say that I love to write as I have the opportunity to describe my life and thoughts in words but it feels daunting that there is still so much work left outstanding!! Why can't the work just clear off by itself?! I wish that my weeks were longer, that I had more days in a week without having to grow old at the same rate so that I have more time to accomplish more things and learn. And of course more time to finish my work but God is fair, everyone has 24 hours, I have less because of the time spent sleeping. Does anyone actually think sleeping is a waste of time?! No matter how awesome/comfy/revelational/soul-recuperating it is? Like imagine how much we could do in that additional 8 hours of sleep! That is, taking the blasphemous assumption that everyone gets 8 hours of sleep although the sleep deprived eyebags of ours moan otherwise. At the rate of the little sleep that our society is getting, our eyebags can probably save our lives in a car accident. But still, life's good. |
