| Proud to be a child of God, a faithful son (I hope lol) a trying to be hardworking student, a part-time worker, a nerf/milsim enthusiast, a crafting and music lover and an awesome friend. to you :) Hope you have an enjoyable time reading about my life, as much as I have fun living it! | MinimalistI am a university student who loves chocolate! Coffee is my best buddy when it comes to taking on my finals. I have a tendency to want to try and do so many different things at once and as a result, I've found my hobbies to be as such! Nerfing is one of them, but aside from that, I also love arts and craft. I have my own startup, Thumbforlego at: where I sell my works! I love to do all sorts of crafting, so you will see me uploading posts of my leathercrafts, thumbdrives, replica guns, nerf gun modifications and gundam models! I'm fortunate enough to be blessed by really supportive parents and given the chance to explore many, many parts of the world and try out a plethora of activities. This is also how I discovered my love for film photography, videography and piano. The film photo above is unedited! My family loves cold countries xD. We managed to catch the northern lights twice! I've also gotten the chance to experience many of nature's wonders And my most freezing experience to date: riding a husky ski sled into the sunset (It was -38 to -40 degrees celsius and the huskies were pretty fast.) Leave a message after the tone Why 36000feetabove? This is the altitude that commercial planes cruise at and I have always loved the view up in the sky, being amongst the sea of clouds. :) Personally, my favourite favourite food has got to be airplane buns! Does anyone else feel the same way?! With a slice of butter and looking out of the window, I have yet to find an experience that can beat that. After tomorrow, before today

Thursday, November 20, 2008yesterday morning was a sunny day! as usual, everyday definitely got to rain, so it rained in the afternoon, rained very heavily. was wondering how in the world can i reach expo without getting wet? had to go to expo for the Asia conference and i tell ya it was awesome! went there like 1hr30mins in advance to queue up, hall 8, the place where we go to every Sunday was really packed up as the foreign delegates were placed there and only the terraces were filled up with the locals. so we were ushered to hall 10, which was the overflow hall. we managed to sit at the front row as friends from my cell group has already went there much earlier. even though i went 1hr30mins in advance, hall 8 was full and the queue stretched from hall10 all the way to the foyer where food is served. it was very congested and i think there was at least a hundred people in front of me queuing up. total madness!! oh yeah i just took a snapshot of the weather just before i went to expo, rain subsided a little but it was still raining it was a rather wet start off to the Asia conference, no one likes to be in the overflow room where all you can see is the projections at hall 8. most of the locals are placed here and the hall was soon packed with people as they just kept streaming in non stop. by the time the opening session was about to begin, the floor all the way to the terraces were filled up to the max! tens of thousands of people were present at the opening session. like NDP(national day parade), there were performances from the different ministries and church, as in children's church. the sound system was good....it managed to shake the hall! thats what i like! but apparently my bro didnt like the sound. oh yeah i keep forgetting, heres the pic of the crowd! isnt it so good that the people are so kind and always happy? i even dropped my handphone unknowingly and the person sitting behind me actually returned it to me! no offence, i mean when you are out in the public, most likely after dropping your phone unknowingly it will be gone huh. i tell ya the surmon was good.... the only thing is that it wasn't that clearly put across thus had to spend a little bit of time to digest the info. so many notes and good points to take down! usually a normal service will require me 2 sides of a paper, which means 1 full paper, front and back. yesterday, i needed 4 sides! the whole event finished at 10.40pm, which means it overshot by 10mins! but what the big deal when you are fed with mind blowing revelations? shuks i forgot to mention praise and worship. the hall was soo big, and by the time i was done singing, i was thristy! cuz i sand quite loud too... :P anyway having over 9000 people behind you singing their voices out to the Lord was so powerful! especially when they cut off the music and crowd was still singing. wow! it was so grand hearing so many voices sing together! all exitement ended soon when everyone went home, once i got home, i took pics of the goodie bag! hehe there was mints inside to ensure that you dun kill the foreign delegates with your breath! oo the picture below is the tag that allows you to go into the morning electives! the lanyard was also special to the locals, foreign delegates had their own colour and so did our church family members. oo this is the goodie bag! this is the outer covering, everyone had a goodie bag like this! now let me bring you into the goodie bag! ok this sounds really lame. this was what they gave us, really simple and handy! inside the goodie bag was brochure on the upcoming Asia Conference in 2010, a pen paired up with the notepad and some informative brochures about this event! oo the black namecard thingy, thats the packet of mints! :D looks very like the Clorets one. think i spelled the mint brand wrongly.
